The first module dives into the current "Zeitgeist" and reconnects you with the significance of your individual soul-inspired purpose. We will explore the new paradigm of conscious female leadership and how it differs from what we have called "leadership" up to now. You will learn what it means to "go vertical" in your life and business and how to apply these learnings NOW. This module is a firework of insight and light-bulb moments that will blow your mind. Get ready.
The second module answers the question of where our habitual and often reactive reactions to life actually come from and what is needed to become more "aware" and "conscious" in our lives and leadership. In order to receive the future and be informed about the needs of the world, we need to empty ourselves and understand how our habitual and reactive responses occupy our inner space. When we understand where this programming comes from, we can change from within (and help others to do the same).
The third module covers another essential resource - RESILIENCE and what this actually means in our leadership. We cover how we can hold ourselves when we feel triggered, when our nervous system gets activated and how to bounce back when we feel defeated. We talked about the fear of rejection and how to accept it as part of our journey. We dive deep to rise high.
